DraftProof is built for students and writers who want actionable review guidance before a Turnitin-style check. It highlights what may be questioned, explains why, and helps you revise responsibly.

How DraftProof helps

01
How does DraftProof help before submission?

DraftProof checks your draft for citation gaps, weak source grounding, similarity risk, generic phrasing, and AI-like writing signals. The goal is to help you improve the work before your instructor or review system sees it.

Is DraftProof only an AI detector?

No. DraftProof treats AI-style signals as one part of a wider writing integrity review. It also looks at evidence, source support, similarity, clarity, and whether the report can give useful revision guidance.

Can DraftProof guarantee I pass Turnitin?

No. DraftProof does not access Turnitin, bypass Turnitin, or guarantee any Turnitin result. It gives Turnitin-aware guidance so you can revise responsibly before submission.

Reports

Reports and Score Profile

02
What does the report show?

The report shows the risk summary, highlighted issues, signal explanations, source and citation concerns, authorship signals, and a downloadable PDF record.

What is Score Profile?

Score Profile explains the signals behind the score. It groups authorship risk, human authenticity, and quality or calibration signals so you can see why the score moved instead of relying on one percentage.

Why does DraftProof show review-only signals?

Some patterns deserve human attention but should not be treated as proof. DraftProof labels these carefully so users can review the concern without turning a signal into a verdict.

Rewrite

Rewrite and PDF delivery

03
What happens when I click Rewrite?

DraftProof uses the scan report to revise suitable flagged sections while preserving meaning and structure. Treat the rewritten text as a reviewable teaching draft, then verify, personalize, and finish it in your own words.

Will I receive the rewritten PDF by email?

Yes. When rewrite completes, DraftProof sends a PDF copy of the rewritten result to your account email. You can also keep the report page open to see results appear automatically.

Does rewrite blindly humanize everything?

No. DraftProof aims to strengthen clarity, grounding, specificity, and academic tone. It avoids random word changes, keeps the original meaning as the anchor, and flags additions the author should verify.

Billing

Credits and billing

04
How are scan credits charged?

New accounts start with 5 free credits. Each scan costs 1 credit per started 1,000-word block — so a scan up to 1,000 words is 1 credit, and a 2,500-word document costs 3 credits.

When are rewrite credits deducted?

Rewrite credits are deducted only when DraftProof delivers rewritten content. If no useful revision candidate is found, the original text is preserved, the rewrite fails, or no rewritten content is produced, reserved credits are released and not deducted.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

Privacy and documents

05
Is my document stored?

Uploaded documents and generated reports are stored temporarily so DraftProof can produce reports and let you revisit them from your dashboard. Scan and rewrite reports stay available for 3 days before the system copy is purged, so a PDF copy is emailed to you to keep your own record. You can also delete reports from your account at any time.

Can I delete my reports?

Yes. You can delete individual reports from your dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at support@draftproof.app and we will remove your personal data, uploaded files, and scan history.

Who should use DraftProof?

DraftProof is for college students, university students, graduate students, ESL writers, researchers, and anyone who wants a clearer review trail before submitting academic or professional writing.

Ready to review your draft?
